Please find requirement specification:
Mosquito mats are used as a refill for Plug-In vaporizer. Material used for mat - filtration mat, injected with active substance
The machinery process required:
- cut mats into a piece, diamention: 35mm x 22mm x 2,8mm,
- while production inject them with the active substance (it does not matter on which step of the production)
- finally wrapp them with laminated film.
- laminated mats on a assembly line should be cut into sets that contain 10 pieces of single mat.
- Machine capacity minimum: 0,5 milion pieces / 20 working days (15,5 hours per day).
- Demand : one item
