Buy installation in order to gasify coal.
We are particulary interested in gasification technology of coal with the following parameters:
1) Volatiles: 23% - 35%
Sulphur: up to 1.6%
Moisture: 14%
Ash: 20% - 25%
Calorific value: 17 - 23 MJ
2) Volatiles: 10% - 16%
Sulphur: up to 1.3%
Moisture: up to 6%
Ash: 35%
Calorific value: 20 MJ
3) Volatiles: up to 5%
Sulphur: up to 1.5%
Moisture: up to 7%
Ash: 20% - 25%
Calorific value: 20 - 23 MJ
The volume of mined coal is 500 000 tons per year.
Would you be so kind to advice me the following information:
1) What is the product we receive as a result of the gasification?
2) What byproduct we receive as a result of the gasification? If there is byproduct, does this technology involve recycling (utilization) of it?
3) Dimensions of installation
4) Power consumption of equipment
Also, if it is convinient, please provide some illustrative material or photos of equipment and brief dscrption of technology of gasification.
