Need to locate a supplier which provides high quality 3.5 Digital Picture Frames at very low prices. Need to obtain at least 12 samples, within next two weeks, which has the possibility to lead to massive volumes to be distributed across north America. Supplier must be able to assure zero-defect and be able to be OEM. Rebranding is necessary. Only qualified factories should reply.
