We have a client who has asked us to find a Chinese supplier of some bicycle wheel and parts, for a project they are already building in the UK.
There are 20 items in total, but with respect to your time, I'm only concentrating on one group of them.
A 3 gear coaster brake hub, similar to the Sturmey Archer AWC 3 gear which I think is what you have. This is the key item, I think the rest is easy.
A wheel for it to go on. A steel rimed wheel 34mm wide, with 36 spokes. Complete with tyre - 20 x 2, inner tube, rim tape, gear selector arm and gear selector cable.
I enclose an image of the tyre type of tread, and an image of the wheel. You see they want the wheel and spokes to be black please.
For numbers they will want 500 of these, they would take them in batches, but with other items too, there will easily be good volume to make this client worth while.
If you could let me know FOB price, and what shipping volume this item will take, so I can calculate space, as well as a lead time.
If this is easy for you, then they also want a front wheel to go with this too.
