We are interested to have your best quote for the glucometers and the test strips as per tender specification.
QUANTITY: Glucometer 700 PCS and test strip 25,000 boxes of 50 strips.
1. Glucometers must be:
(a) Reliable and able to perform around 100 test sequentially and user friendly.
(b) Compatible for use in all units of the health institutions.
(c) Have a life span of at least 3 years
(d) Equipment must have been evaluated and cleared by FDA (USA) or MHRA (UK) or any other recognized body (CE marked)
(e) Relevant evaluation report and Certificate must be submitted
(f) Capillary filled test strip system
(g) Sample type to be capillary, venous and arterial
(h) Calibration using calibrator chip
(I) Result type: Plasma calibrated
(j) Sample volume preferable less than 5UL
(k) Measurement time: Less than 15 seconds.
(l) Measurement range: 2 to 27 mmol
(m) Haematocrit range 20-65% operating temperature 10-400C
(n) Interference and limitations must be provided in user manual
(o) System must provide Quality control samples
(p) The equipment must have a warranty period of 2 years.
2. TEST STRIPS: Box of 50 strips 25, 000 boxes
(a) Appropriate test strips must have a shelf life of at least 12 months at time of delivery
(b) Test strips must be stable under our local weather condition (temperature 10-400C) humidity up to 85%
1. Delivery to be in 2 equals consignments
2. Sample with user manual required
3. Sample for Item No. 1 one units and Item No. 2 two boxes of 50 units.
4. Original leaflets/ catalogues/ technical documents for all items shall be submitted.
