Buy Complete Line To Produce Inactivated Poultry Vaccine |

Please note that we need complete line to produce inactivated Poultry vaccine with the technology of traditional egg-based method, with capacity 400,000,000 dose/year, packing: 250 ml/500 ml, plastic bottles with rubber closure and aluminuim seal according to GMP.
Kindly note the following:
1- The customer has area for building the factory 8000 m2 in 6of October city which is 30kilometers away from Cairo; he can use 2000-3000 m2 in this project (the building is according to GMP requirements).
2- Type of egg: SPF egg.
3- Concerning the Purification method; the customer don’t have any problem for any method but it should be with patent (please advise if you have patent or not).
4- The oil is medical mineral oil.
5- Bottles: 250 ml(500 dose) which have a rubber stopper and well sealed aluminuim cap,
We need production 400,000,000 dose /year
We have 300 days X 20 hours = 6000 hours /year,
We need blowing machine about7000 bottles/hour.
6- We offered the guarantee to our customer and we as a stuff of engineers will install the machines and support our service with your stuff.
