Recently we got an order to find and purchase Wooden Pallet (Transportation Pallet) Production Line. The pictures and two types of the production line are shown in the files attahed. These are
1) 3-Machine Line With Deck Machine, Leg Machine,
Assembly Machine and After Treatment and
2) Line With Deckmachine and After Treatment.
Both variants are interesting.
I would very appreciate if you would send me the list of components, units and machines, which are included into this production line, their prices, technical characteristics and complete quotation for this production line, including the number of people, which are necessary to operate with this line.
The required productivity is one pallet per 13 seconds (or 2-3 pallets per minutes), different types and sizes of the pallets should be adjusted when necessary. The required production line should be supplied by the machine, which assembles pallets. Shortly saying our customer is expecting to get equipment, which may produce pallets from wood from the beginning up to the end.
