Mill shall furnish all the technical details as under.
Machine drawing
Electrical drawing
Hydraulic circuit drawing
Maintenance and operational manual in English
Spare parts and make - list for consumable parts.
Press is required with four pillar.
Piston should be travelled along with four guidebar
Press should have capacity to lift 60 tons material (up and down for normal operation).
Piston travelling speed should be very fast for reverce stroke.
Piston travelling speed should be given in offer (forward stroke and reverce stroke)

4 offer shall include performance guarantee, delivery period, payment condition, packing procedure, inspection procedure Despatch procedure and commissioning procedure at seller's and at buyer's works.
5 offer shall include trial of press as per given tonnage capacity.
6 offer shall include training to the buyer's staff to help for smooth set-up and proper running.
7 note: Working clearance means clear distance required for pressing of job excluding any attachment.
