We are interested in imports of wood shavings for horse bedding, imported into Germany and Denmark.
Quality
Dry max. app. 10% moisture
From Pine, Spruce or another suitable type of wood
Practically dustfree, with 7% dust or less
No other particles than pure natural wood in the shavings and no chemicals or glue from treatment for furniture production or similar.
Packed in plastic bales of each 25 kg. or another suiteable weight not exceeding 28 kg.
The packaging must be firm and side of the bale as straight as possible ( stability on pallet)
Packaging can be clear plastic as there is no requirement for printing on the bale.
Midsize shavings mixed with large size shaving, but a minimum of smaller shavings.
Packed on pallet towers with the maximum number of bales on each pallet.
Pallet tower must be stable and easy to handle during transport, without getting unstable.
If the raw material has been stored outside in open air, age of the material must be discussed and controlled.
Quantity
Our demand is up to 220.000-240.000 bales per year in a steady flow of delivery over 12 months with July and August as low season months.
Delivery
Delivered CIF in Frederikshavn, post code 9900 Denmark.
It is a harbour city on the East Coast of Northern Jutland of Denmark.
Delivered CIF in Copenhagen or a city close to if that will make it cheaper.
Copenhagen is located on the East Side of the Island Sealand and has main post code of 1000.
Cheapest possible delivery per bale and we can adjust the quantity to the way of transporting if that makes it cheaper per
Prices
We are asking for a price qoute CIF and Ex. Works, as we in some cases might be able to arrange the transport cheaper as the supplier.
Payment
Against letter of credit, Escrow account or similar security for both parties.
