We are leading manufacturers of Aluminium Extrusions, Profiles & Auto Components etc. With a capacity of 13900 Tns P.A. in India since 1980.
We have to cut Hot Die Steel H-13 ESR Grade for Drilling, Milling and other operations etc. Die Steel hardness after Heat Treatment is 46 HRC.
We are planning a trial order for confirming the material life, quality and the performance etc. Hence, we would like to place the order for the following Special Cutters & Dirlls; As such, give us your special discounted offer on CIF, Mumbai, India basis.
1)Rotary Carbide bur ground from one piece of solid carbide, with end cut, We want one piece solid carbide and not welden shank.
2) Solid Carbide roughing end mill, We want one piece solid carbide and not welden shank
3)Tapered End Mill Center Cutting, M-2 material will serve our purpose, being used before heat treatment.
