Dear Sir,
I would like to supply more information for the machines and I would like to receive the offers from you with pleasure.
Further information as follows
- The dimensions are about: 1000x 500 mm and possible for a number of sizes
- The required capacity is 10 to 40 million per year (For the machine with 24/24 hour)
We should be pleased to receive your offer for the following request:
- The price of only the the weaving machine (a part of a production process to make the net bags)
- A whole production lines / machines park with the separate information with prices for the loss machines (components of the whole production lines) (It should be easy for us to make decision of we a whole machine park or a amount of component to order)
To make a better display of our product, the pictures of the required products are enclosured with this mail.
In addition I ask your attentions for the followings:
- The Knots (between the dreads (see pictures for how to form a knot)
- The side edge of the bag (see pictures)
- The transparent plastic by the opening of the bags, especially at the two holes.
What we wish is that after the making of the holes, the net and the plastic apart from each other (usually cut the knife instead of electric cut)
- The mark plastic at the middle of the bags is not necessary to make.
But we wish a process from the machine to paste the mark plastic to the net bag.
Because of the limitation of the mail, the pictures will be sent to you in two mails.
If the pictures do not supply enough information about our wished machines the we can, on your demand, send the bag to your addresses.
In that case we should receive ENOUGH INFORMATION ABOUT the address of your company for the post.
