For our requirements of a new product line-Solar Power Pest Killer, we are currently looking at revaluating our supplier base, and in this context, we would like to give you an opportunity to make competitive quotes for this business.
We are currently planning to expand in rural market and this is one of the product which may fulfill the end customer's requirements.
Your offer letter should mention following:
1) Unit Price: FOB Unit price in USD and CIF Nhava Seva (Maharashtra -India). Price terms must be valid for the period Aug 09 - Aug 10.
2) Information about your company in general and manufacturing capabilities in particular: should be as per attached excel sheet (Supplier Assessment Sheet).
