I have buyer regarding jatropha oil, please quote our buyer requirements, and I need your confirmation that after I give you full LOI, you will give me FCO + Copy of a previous recent shipment SGS certificate with same Shipment + B/L, please this is important to my buyers for verified only, please confirm.
1ST BUYER REQUEST:
Commidity: Crude Degummend Jatropha Oil
Origin: Any Origin Except Africa
Specification: Standard Established for the seller in ther FCO or Draft Contact for buyers appoval.
Total Quantity: up to 600,000 MT / Year ( 50,000 MT x 12 months )
Price: US$ 450 / MT
Packing: in Bulk or at buyer option
Destination: CIF Spanish Port
Inspection: by SGS OR similar in Loading Port at Seller Cost
Deliver Size and Rate: To stated by the buyer
Payment Terms: RDLC: Irrevoable, transrerable or not, divisible uncondtional, revolving and confirmed documentary lc payable for each single shipment value. Against sgs certification of weight and quality at the bulk terminal issued by top UE bank.
Performace Bond: 2% of Each Single Shipment Value
2ND BUYER REQUEST:
Commodity: Jatrpoha Crude Oil
Origin: Any Origin Except Africa
Specification: Non edible with FFA max 10%
Quantity: 300,000 MT
Packaging: Bulk
Monthly supply: 25,000 MT x 12
Price: USD 450 MT
Delivery: CIF ASWP (Spain, Germany, Italy)
Time of Delivery: 30 days for the first shipment after the financial instrument are received, 30 days for the following monthly deliveries.
Term of Payments: Irrevocable, transferabble, confirmed unconditional, Auto-Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit ( ARDLC )
issued by a prime rated bank, 100% payable as sight at the Loading Port against the presentation of shipping documents.
Performance Bond: 2 %
Inspection: By SGS for quantity and quality
3RD BUYER REQUEST :
Commodity: Crude Jatropha Oil
Origin: Any Origin Except Africa
Packaging: Bulk
Quantity: 3000 MT to 12,500 MT Bulk (One sample shipment + 12 consecutive deliveries with rollovers and extensions)
Spec: (to be provided By Producer/Seller for refinery approval)
Shipment: BulkDeliveries using a Prime Line
Inspection: Quality, Quantity by SGS at seller's cost, coordinated bt the Buyer (Refinery)
Destination: CIF European Port
Price: USD 450 MT
Intercoms: 2000
Note: This refinery requiry a copy of a Previous sgs certificate Issued by the end seller as proof of past performance + the B/L of the same delivery.
