Material specifications
Stainless steel:
1. - Stainless steel must be ISO type 1.4016 (American grade 430) or ISO type 1.4301 (American grade 304).
2. - Higher quality steel, such as ISO types 1.4401 or 1.4404, are not required (American grade 316).
3. - For plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons and knives, 200 series stainless steel is acceptable, but not for cooking items..
4. - Applicable standard as per publication EN 10088-1.
Aluminium, alternative for cooking pots and frying pan:
1. - Aluminium type Al99.0 or above, as per ISO 209-1 standard (minimum 99% aluminium).
2. - Other elements as per EN 602 standard.
