We need flame retardant epoxy resin for the production of fire-proofed composite panels.
Due to the low viscosity of the resin/hardener mixture the impregnation properties on glass matrices are extremely good. A gelation time of 18 min at 70° C allows sufficient lay-up time in elevated.
Temperature environments. After curing for 30 minutes at 70° C and a recommended post-cure for 24 h.
At 40° C the composite shows very good mechanical properties. The curing time has be optimized on real production cycles.
Viscosity (25° C)---12,000 to 17000
Curing conditions: 30 min at 70° C
+ 24 h / 40° C
Density: 1.3
