PRODUCT DESCRIP TION
Hydrogenated Palm Stearine is produced through a process of hydrogenation. Thesefat provides functional and structural properties to give better end products as well asimproved shelf life due to high oxidative stability
APPLICATION
High melt stabiliser, peanut butter, bakery mixes, breading mixes, seasoning mixes,shortening, fat crystal promoter and seed starter for coatings.
