I am looking for a thin film that is partially transparent and partially retroreflective.
The retroreflection property should be on one side of the film only, and should operate over as wide a possible range of angles as possible.
The other side of the film should be partially transparent and should exhibit minimal obstruction or distortion when viewed through.
