We, as buyer, hereby confirm with full legal and corporate responsibility under penalty of perjury, that we are ready, willing and able to enter into a contractual agreement on purchase of the commodity- or other under the following terms and conditions.
1. COMMODITY/PRODUCT:
Vegetable oil for Biofuels ( RAPESEED and SOYBEAN OIL)
2. DESTINATION:
LITHUANIA : CRUDE RAPESEED OIL CIF KLAIPEDA 12.500MT/monthly
SPAIN : CRUDE SOYBEAN OIL CIF SPAIN 2X 12.500MT/monthly
3. CONTRACT QUANTITY:
25.000 MT inmediatly and program for 300.000 MT (12 Months)
12.500 MT immediately and program for 150.000 MT (12 Months)
4 TERM:
Immediately
5. DELIVERY:
CIF, SPAIN (BILBAO)
CIF, LITHUANIA (KLAIPEDA)
6. PRICE
200 $ USD/MT
7. PAYMENT :
We offer Irrevocable, Documentary L/C 100% at sign with documentation
8 Performance Bond
Within 5 working days after receiving non operative L/C, upon approval and confirmation of availability of funds and financial capability of Buyer from Buyer's bank, the seller shall issue a Performance Bond, of 2 % L/C value.
The performance Bond shall be included in the L/C and activate said L/C
