We are looking for a ce approved BGA rework station with split vision, placement system can be semi automatic. The vision system should be able to link to a PC so we can vieuw picture on pc screen instead of a small LCD screen but we are also open for offers with lcd screen. Infra red would be great but hot air is maybe cheaper.
We are looking for a good budget system, all we need is pecise placement with split vision and link to computer, if you have offers or advise please contact us for further information.
