Actually, we are fabric importer's sales & 3% commission agent. We had long terms contract with different foreign buyer's / clients, they are importing combed yarn fabric from China and Taiwan with following terms, If we fulfill their price, fabric quality, payment terms, over money return terms, then the foreign buyer will allow us order, if we are lowest bidder then other Chinese export factories, like other agent s too.

Our c3%,
Exporter co. Will pay & remit our c3% after get export document full payment from L/C opening Bank by T.T. Through Bank to our Bank account.
Buyer overseas add money:
Please note, before open L/C, Buyer office will add extra cents per yard and include with L/C. Buyer office these money want to return & remit after allowed the export documents accepted and maturity date from L/C opening bank by T.T. Through Bank to our Bank account.
