We require 2 types of Moisture Meter for food dryers:
1) To measure the moisture content in the air inside the drying oven. Sensor would be inserted through oven wall of 75 mm thick. Our requirement would be: A) local indication, b) panel indication. Avg. Air temp. Will vary between 15 to 60 C.
2 ) Product moisture content before & after drying. Products are
A) Vegetables
B) Seeds
C) Fish
