We are interested to purchase an equipment that can produce Car engine oil and we would like to place the equipment in Uzbekistan - Samarkand .
We would consider 2 types of equipment that can produce the final good ( Car Engine Oil from) ,
1. From Used Car Engine Oil & 2. From Base Oil
The above number one ( equipment producing from used car engine oil ) we need with a capacity if 2 tons per day as an experiment
and if our business will be successful then we would consider buying in few month 30 ton equipment
And the second above mentioned is producing Car Engine Oil from Base Oil, we would consider buying a capacity of 12 tons a day.

For each modle you have,please advise also what chemical components are require and at what cost to be added as a component at a recycling process.
