We are manufacturer of vacuum metallising plants for making looking glass mirrors by aluminium coating process.
In this project, we have to install glass washing machine to wash and dry the glass and curtain coating painting system to paint the mirror back, along with our vacuum metallising plant.
If you can supply these machines, kindly tell us the details and prices so that we can suggest the same to our customers.
1. - glass washing machine.
It should wash minimum 250 glass sheets of size 4 feet x 6 feet per 8 hours.
Thickness of washing glass: 1.5mm to 2.0mm for size 1 feet x 4 feet
3mm to 12 mm for size 4 feet x 8 feet
Glass size minimum: 1 feet x 4 feet
Glass size maximum: 4 feet x 8 feet
Structure: Horizontal
Speed: Stepless, adjustable
No of burshes: Minimum 8 in 3 groups

2. - curtain coating painting system with IR oven
