We are looking for Nickel based Alloy Plates Inconel, 718
Size: 170 mm X 850 mm X 16 mm (06 Nos) Solution heat treated condition (SHT) -
Qty : 116.6 Kgs.
Chemical Analysis : The test shall be carried out in accordance with wet chemical methods in accordance with ASTM E 354, by spectrochemical and the chemical composition shall conform to SAE 5569 and SAE AMS 2281.
Room Temperature Tensile properties should be as per ASTM E 8M.
Elevated temperature tensile properties: Elevated tensile test properties as per ASTM E 21 shall be evaluated on specimens heated to 649 +/- 3 degree centigrade held at heat for not less than 20 minutes before testing at 649 +/- 3 degree centigrade and shall conform to Nominal thickness(mm) 6.5 to 25, 0 incl., tensile strength, Mpa, Min: 1000, Yield strength at 0.2% Offset, MPA, Min. 827, Elongation in 50.8 mm or 4D %, Min: 5.
Impact Toughness: As per ASTM E 23 in PHT Condition (Full scale specification is to be used).
Ultrasonic Soundness testing: The reference block for ultrasonic testing should be made from the same alloy and heat treatment condition.
