Dear Sir,
Many thanks for your confirmation of handle this contract supply of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the SOUTH WEST COMMISSION in all the state.
The awarding committee chairman have assured me that he will help me secure this contract to our favour , if only i will be working with a good and reliable supplier or manufacturer for this contract bid.
This project will last for the period of 12 month, partill shipment is allow.
Port of deliver is Douala sea port Cameroon .
Committee terms of payment is 100% T T payment to supplier account, before shipment.
We are working here as your local agent to see that we help your company grab this contract order in your company favour , so that you can send us back my company commission 2% after you must have confirmed and recieved of contract full payment in your account from the committee.

Quantity needed is 500.000.
Botles in 1.5 Liters.
We need you to quotes us your best button prices which include my company commission so that we will go to the committee office for submission and approval of this contract order.
