I am looking for steel hydro bags. They are used in a granite quarry to insert into wire cuts and separate the granite blocks.
Pellegrini and Marini from Italy sell them but I understand there is a manufacturer in China that makes them.
They are essentially 2 thin plates of steel welded together 1m x 1m square with a steel tube which fits a high pressure pump.
The steel bags are inserted into the thin wire cut and then the bag is filled with water from the pump. This then pushes the stone
