To: General condetions: 1 all material should be citified by a well, known in dependent authority ( lioyds or equivalent ) all certification documents shall be English language. 2 tubes should be protected by anti corrosive and the ends integrated with protective plastic caps 3 tubes should be packed in wooden boxes with weather, proofing ( tarpaper ) lining and packing shall be durable and suitable for over seas shipment and handing 4 mill and original certification should be submitted 5- shall be prepared for rolling 7 all the delivered material without inspection authorities issue relevant reports, mill and originality certification will be unacceptable.
