Dear Sirs,
Below we give you the specifications of our requirements.
1) Quantity needed 150 tons.
2) Detailed Specifications JIS-480-SUP-09,
20 TONS OF 5/8” X 4”
10 TONS OF 1/2”X2-1/2
30 TONS OF 1/2”x4”
50TONS OF 5/16”x2-1/4”
10TONS OF 3/8”x3”
20TONS OF 3/8”x4”
10TONS OF 7/16”x2-1/2”
3) Packaging Bare in bulk with 4-5 pieces steel wires. Each bundle should be about 2.00 MT and packed with single size (dia.as well as length).
Marked in tags: Steel grade, contract No. Size(dia.), length. Weight (gross and net)
4) Target Price – Totally unknown at this time
5) Payment terms – LC at sight
6) Delivery Term: Cif
Note: We are acting as agents working on a commission basis therefore your prices should include 3% commission for us, which should be payable when you collect the LC.
