I have a request for steel coil with following specification. Please provide me your quote including delivery time and shipping cost to Umm Qasr, Iraq.
Galvanized and pre painted steel coils
Base metal: thin cold rolled strips soft unalloyed steel, continuously hot dip galvanized wit zinc coating of 275 g/m2 on both sides according to DIN 17162
Dimension tolerance:
According to DIN 59232
DIN 17162 ST E280 3ZNA
Perimer coat:
- Thermosetting paint (epoxy)
- Thickness 5 microns 1
- Lower face primer to be off white and has good adhesion to polyurethane foam
The color must be approved from our side
- Upper face primer should have good aptitude to painting
Finish coat:
- Thermosetting paint (epoxy)
- Thickness 20 microns 5
- Prightness 40 5 (gloss)
Protection coat:
PVC- thickness 90 microns adhesive included
Limits of dimensions and weight:
- Max weight of coil: 8000 KG 500 KG
- Inside Dia.: (500-550) +10 MM
- Max outside Dia. : 1400mm
