Dear sirs,
Our company intend to create the row a project on buy complete line equipment for the following Factory (workshop) in Almaty and Almaty area:
Plant (workshop) on production drinking Bottle Waters, Ice tea and Kvas with capacity 6000 bottles/hour - for base format 1 litre (inclusive for format 0,2-0,33-0,5-1-1,5 litre) (possible, shall consider also 8000 bottles/hour);
Plant (workshop) on Chocolate production (with capacity were not defined), Plant (workshop) on production of the Cheese (with capacity were not defined), Plant (workshop) on production of the Liquid Soap 100-200 bottles hour.
Beside us there are for realization these project land and production building (premises) with three prepared area 650 m2 (the square metre), 350 m2 and 650 m2, beside there is water bore hole.
According to our request on complete line with equipment us interest from you: Commercial offer with the prices on each equipment and complete line;
The Ready standard business plan for speedup of the process cooperation;
Equipment with technical feature;
The Descri ption of the total technological process to complete line according to your scheme (the drawing), consecutively;
Capacity of each equipment and complete line;
The Energy need equipment and complete line;
The Amount servicing personnel;

The Terms of delivery and Montage and etc.:
I. The Plant (workshop) on production drinking bottle water, cool tea and kvass with capacity 6000 bottles/hour for base format 1 litre (inclusive for format 0,2-0,33-0,5-1-1,5 litre) (possible, shall consider also 8000 bottles/hour), is required following main and the extras:
A) Injection moulding machines - Termosplastautomat (TPA) on production onecomponention and twocomponention (PP or PE) cap for PET-bottles. To the main nodes TPA pertain: die and mechanism its lock; the node inject; the hydraulic system; the mechanism push products from die; the automatic system of the checking and regulations; the protectors.
B) Injection moulding machines - Termosplastautomat (TPA) for fabrication PET-preform with standard: BPF (British Plastics Federation) a function too most. Capacity such as afore-mentioned.
C) Stretch Blowing Molding Machine PET-bottle from PET-preform to PET- bottles for Water and for Liquid soap (not standard format). To the main nodes Blowing machines pertain: die, compressor low (10 bars) and high (before 40 bars) of the pressure, system of the cooling (chiller) and system filter. Capacity such as afore-mentioned.
D) Water Treatment Equipment: Depending on quality of water exist several ways peelings and filter: Filter factious with quartz sand; The Mechanical filter; Installing the inverse osmosis; Installing the fluoridation; The Pillars ozone; Adsorber coal;
Installing the ultraviolet irradiation; Mechanical (final) filter.
E) Rinser-Filler-Capper Machine PET-bottle= Triblock rinser/filler/closer on temperature of the filling: cool and hot filling for Water, Ice tea, Kvas. Capacity such as afore-mentioned.
F) Labeling Machine. We shall consider the machines with miscellaneous by label: Paper, Itssticky, Thermolabel, Polypropylene label (the most acceptable).
G) Packing machine Wrapping machine by thermofilms.
J) Dating machine (Jet printer, Jet coder) for fixing of the date on PET-bottles.
M) Preparation drink: mixing installations, capacities (reservoirs) for preparation ready coupage (mixed) syrup, mixers, pasteurizes, installation periodic or continuous action.
N) The Condition chief - a montage, starting-adjustments and education.
L) The Condition of the packing and deliveries (the transportation) before Almaty (the site of the plant).
II. The Plant (workshop) on Chocolate production and chocolate product (in the following possible and the other pastries).
As you know, exists three types of milk chocolate: dark, milk and white.
The Production cycle from cacao before chocolate includes sorting, cleaning, roasting, grinding, milling, conching, tempering. The chocolate Production (dark or milk) includes the row main technological operation: preparation ingredients, their mixing, pulverizing mixture, breeding reduced mixture with introduction fluidifying, conching (or other technology), as well as regulation to viscosity and taste- aromatic characteristic.
For begin we are required complete line on chocolate slabs production or if possible multifunction complete line for production different type to chocolate product on one lines.
With capacity of the chocolate product we were not defined, this depends on your commercial offer with the prices.
Except this lines we shall take filling packing machine and printing-typographical machine for packing material.
Thereby we need the complete line starting (commencing) from conversion cocoa beans before chocolate product.
III. The Plant (workshop) on production of the Cheese.
