We have the honor to request the following:
1- The Certificate of Origin should be authenticated by the Egyptian Consulate, and The H.S Code is 3824.90 (1 origin & 1 copy)
2- B/L: Full Set Clean On Board Marine Bill of Lading, with 14 days Free Time of Detention, (3 origins & 3 copies)
3- Insurance Certificate: Total amount of the Commercial Invoice plus 10% covering, (1 origin& 1 copy)
4- Fumigation Certificate for the Wooden Case that should be stamped as well, (1 origin& 1 copy)
5- The Commercial Invoice, (3 origins)
6- Packing List. (3 origins)
7- Product & Quality Testing Certificates (1 origin & 1 copy )
8- Inspection Certificate issued by your Company (1 origin& 1 copy)
The above documents are requested to be written in the Performa Invoice, and All Documents shall be sent by Airmail DHL.
Hence, if you will accept our requirements setting forth above, you are kindly requested to provide us with the following:
1-Specifications and Quality in details, it should crack stone at less than 2 hours.

3-Quotation according to C.I.F (Alexandria Port - Egypt)
4-Payment Terms
5-Packing Information
