Hello Sir,
We are a food product trading company based in India. Indian market has imported 803,000 in the period Mt of sugar in the period July - September, 2009. Due to shortage of sugar in India, India is likely to import over 6 million MT of sugar in the period November - June, 2009. We have already established contacts with over 12 large sugar importers in India. We look forward to work as an exclusive Indenting agent in India for a well established sugar exporter. We shall bring order directly in the name of the sugar exporter against a commission to be paid to us on the realization of the payment. We can immediately give order for 300,000 Mt subject to the suitability of price and terms.
An interested exporter may please contact us with the following details:
1. Specification of crystal sugar - complete details including ICUMSA and crystal size range in microns.
2. Clear photograph of sugar crystal well spread out on a paper sheet.
3. Quantity that can be offered for sale in a month.
4. Minimum shipping / order quantity.
5. Shipping time to India.
6. Lead time for doing the shipment from the date of establishing L/C in the exporters bank.
7. CIF India rate in US$ for both white crystal and raw sugar, separately. with the validity of the 1st given rate.
8. Draft Exclusive Indenting Agency Agreement in our favour with the terms of our commission.
9. Draft LoI, Contract and L/C copy to be issued by the Indian importer.
10. Detail of the procedure to be followed by the exporter/importer.
