Furniture wanted.
Descri ptive of the market:
Full furniture and decoration needed for project under construction with 400 apartments and luxury villa. 80 units already sold or rented.
This full furniture inquiry is for our next finished apartments: 20 units
Apartment size: 150m2
Each apartment have entry, kitchen (already furnished except 8 unit), dinner, living, 1 master bedroom (king size required), one or two guest bedrooms (2 beds required) and terrace.
Thanks to send us picture, descri ptive and price of various complete furniture set for a complete apartment in different style per apartment as classical or tropical or rattan or modern or colonial or design style. We will select only 3 or 4 different style from the same winner supplier for the total project. You must be able to accept mixed container.
This inquiry is for very long term cooperation and we will need more home furniture in the very near future also including restaurant, bar, supermarket etc. We are very familiar with Chinese market and have our own hk company and Chinese bank account to make all the payment and export process easier for both parties. We will come personally to inspect your factory before to place any order even if we already have a small staff in shenzhen who can start to visit you for the first supplier selection.

You are SGS audited, ISO certified, your have top quality product only, your prices are absolutely competitive and your factory and FOB are in guangdong province (other province and country will be also checked in case of special and complete good offer). Included with the furniture container you can supply or help us to purchase at very low price all necessary things to complete each apartment turn key set up.

Intermediate traders beware: You are welcome but we prefer work directly with factory sellers. In any case we will pay any deposit to an intermediate company account, especially if it's an offshore account. The contract must be firmed by the factory and deposit paid at the factory bank account only. It's up to you to fix your commission with your factory partner.
