We are seeking suppliers of 3 strand twisted nylon or polyester twines with treatments to improve knot holding abilities.
We buy 2 types. One is called bonded that is a clear sticky resin treatment and the oher is called tarred or tar treated. It is a black sticky treatment.
Please advise very best prices, FOB port of exit, for;
Quantity 20,000 pounds 210/24 (210d/8x3 or 480d/2x3) Natural white nylon twine - +/- 2250 feet per pound
Quantity 20,000 pounds 210/48 (210d/16x3 or 420d/8x3 or 840d/4x3) Natural white nylon twine - +/-1070 feet per pound
1.) Construction of twine – 3 strand Twisted
2.) High tenacity nylon filament minimum 8 grams per denier
3.) Tube size - length minimum of 8 inches up to 10 inches
4.) Tube inside diameter - minimum of 5/8 inch up to 1 inch
5.) Weight per tube - minimum 5 pounds up to 7 pounds
6.) Tubes need not to be clear wrapped, just boxed and marked with the twine size on inside of each tube
7.) All twine must be knotless and endless
