Dear Sir,
We are looking for imports of 100000 tons of wood chips in briquette form every month.
Please let us know the FOB nearest sea port basis rates for the same.
You can quote for wood chips directly in case you dont make them to briquette from. Basically briquette is formed while you mix the wood chips with denrite a kind of gum which will hold the wood chips closely together and is extruded in the form of a round bar kind of form. This help in shipping large qty in smaller area.
Basically this is pressed together then mixed with bonding gum denrite and is extruded out in a compressed form.
Advantages - large quantity can be stored in a smaller place and also while shipping you can load more in one container compared to loose wood chips.
