We are furnishing a brief spec requirements of a typical BWCP (Boiler Water Circulation Pumps) required for power plant boiler.
1. Delivery capacity: 2884 m3/hour.
2. Medium: Boiler water mixed with feed water from drum to steam generating tubes of a controlled circulation boiler.
3. Medium temp: 352.2 deg. C
4. Head: 1.76 Kg/cm2
5. Suction pr.: 198.2kg/cm2(g)
6. Type: Vertical single stage with vertical top suction and dual horz. Discharge and shall be designed to be suspended from the suction nozzle with the motor down.
7. Standard: ASME Spec.
8. Motor: Submerged type 3.3 KV 50 Hz wet motor.
