Dear Sir,
Our Company is a national accounts representative and marketing firm supplying several large retailers (and a few importers) area rugs from around the world. We have over thirty years of experience buying, selling, and manufacturing machine made area rugs in The U.S.
Before we go any further I would need a little more information about your company.
Specifically, I would ask:
1. How many looms and what type are they?
2. What yarn systems are you currently working in?
3. What point construction & pile height do you work in and do you do any products in soft back (cotton warp & cotton weft with limited latex) in order to attack the foldable scatter rug market.
Also, do you make anything that is washable in order to pursue the often forgotten large bath rug business?
4. Who is your U.S. representative?
5. Are you currently supplying any US based importers or retailers, and if so whom?
Once we hear a little more information about your company we may want to have a more specific discussion regarding your shag product as to color capability, costing, lead time, etc.
