We are in urgent need of the following services, as per the specifications given below. Please fax your most competitive offer indicating price, shortest delivery and other terms and conditions. Your offer shall be valid for 30 days minimum.

Note:
1. Price shall be quoted inclusive of customs duty and other charges for delivery to the jobsite.
2. To quote shortest possible completion time.
3. Provide the specs of the material.
4. AST has full right to impose a penalty of 1% on the supplier of each part delayed for each week on fraction provided the total penalty as mentioned above shall not exceed 4% of the total order value.
5. In case of order delivery date should be TWO WEEKS after receiving of Purchase Order.
6. Mention your terms & conditions clearly in your quote.
