We need to purchase of Urea N46% Granular in 50kgs bag and delivery by 20ft Container basis only.
Our purchase mainly terms and conditions as below:
[1] Order quantity: 220mts spot deal
[2] Packing: 50kgs in 2 of 180grms PE+PPW bag.
[3] Delivery shipment: By 20ft container.
[4] Discharging port Muara container port in Brunei.
[5] Products inspection:
Products inspection and any certificate issues by global sgs at products loading port under seller account.
[6] unit price and delivery terms:Unit price CIF $ / MT CIF Muara container port.( CIF follow incoterms 2000 condition )
[7] Payment term:
7-1 / By irrevocable L/C 100% at sight.
7-2/L/C issues from Brunei top 3 local HSBC bank in Brunei.
7-3/L/C confirmations by world top 100 bank.
7-4/L/C confirmation fees outside L/C issuing bank are under seller account.
