Dear Sir,
We are looking for annual supply of copper cathode.
Please reply if you can accept the followings:
1) Target Pricing - LME Less 15% (net to end buyer).
2) Commission - altogether 5% to be shared amongst parties.
3) Payment - non-transferable DLC/RDLC, 100% after unloading inspection.
4) Volume - 200-500(trail) then moving onto 500-1000MT per month.
5) Performance Bond - 2% in advance.
6) Past performance - required before contract signatory.
