Dear Sirs,
We express herewith our definite interest in purchasing coconut shells as per details below:
1. Product: Coconut shells (halves or quarters).
2. Quantity: Break-bulk quantities of approximately 50,000 (fifty thousand) tonnes per month.
3. Quantity per shipment: Lots could be from 10,000 upto 25,000 tonnes per vessel.
4. Terms could be either FOB or CFR Polish port.
5. Alternative Product: we may also be interested in palm kernel expellers in bulk of similar quantities and delivery lots.
6. Caloric value: Both products should have minimum calorific value 17 000 kJ/kg.
7. Quality certificates: Kindly provide us with relevant certificates as far as specification concern.
8. Proposed payment terms: 20% cash advance, 80% irrevocable L/C, subject to other terms and conditions.
