R(buy Motorcycle Connecting Rod |

We are looking for a manufacturerer that can produce connecting rods for our engine according to our drawings. Our connecting rods are very close to motorcycle type.
Please find attached files in both jpeg and step concerning the parts to be manufactured. Our connecting rods are to be manufactured with the material as in the drawings but if you have another material with the same resistance and criteria you can submit. What we want is complete connecting rods with the bearing, bearing journal, thrusts and the wrist pin according to the information attached. Of course this is a first approach and little modifications may occur before production and after sample test.
Please find also files concerning transmission covers that are to be mould in aluminium alloy AS7G6. They are to be quoted as mould parts only because the machining is to be done in our workshop. Anyway you can also quote approximately with machining process and then if it seems interesting, we can send you the drawings with the dimensions.
