We locally manufacture a large range of high quality aluminium toolboxes, mild steel welded sheetmetal assemblies and mild steel sheetmetal components.
We are interested in sourcing this manufacture offshore.
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy supplier to produce these high quality products.
The supplier must be able to provide the following services;
CNC Laser cutting or turret punching of aluminium and mild steel, thickness range 1-3mmb
CNC folding and bendingc
Aluminium TIG Welding of high qualityd
Alumimium pre-treatment (chromate) and powder coatinge
Quality Control Inspectionf) Packagingg) Quantity of products will fill 3 x 40' Container per month.
