(I)INDUCED DRAFT FRP CROSS FLOW TYPE COOLING TOWER WITH.
(a) PVC FILLING SYSTEM.
( b) SPECIAL DESIGNED PERFORATED SS SPLASH BAR.
(a)PVC FILLING SYSTEM.
In above system filling material is to be fixed at the opposite side of both end of the tower in vertical direction & FRP louver will be mounted in the same vertical direction at the both end of the tower to stop the spread out the water from the cooling tower.
In this system filling system designed in this way that you can clean it easily at the time of operation of the tower because small blocks will be rested at the top of the FRP lined ms tray, these trays will be fixed at the vertically opposite side of the tower at the both end. you can pull out its block easily and after cleaning it you can put it again at its place. as a result there will be no choking problem, so therefore no breakdown period required for the cleaning of the filling system.
(b) SPECIAL DESIGNED PERFORATED SS SPLASH BAR.
Now we are introducing here perforated SS Splash bar system for smooth working of cooling tower as per the required working conditions, in this system we will fixed specially designed perforated SS splash bar at the both end of cross flow type induced draft cooling tower, during operation you can achieve best cooling effect as per the exiting working condition ( designs of perforated splash bar is enclosing separately ) .
