Dear Sir,
I will be looking for a prototype bag to take to our authorities before investing in a bulk order.
Here is a descri ption of what I'm looking for including photographs of a similar product:
Each bag is approximately 200mm x 60mm x 60mm;
They are for use on construction sites;
They are fairly lightweight and can be moved about easily;
The product has an outer protective covering. This is very tough and will withstand the usual tears and catches. Probably made of a Hessian material or similar;
It will have a velcrov door or latch at one end to access the inside;
The outer bag will have buckles that can be connected to other bags and this will provide a large platform;
The inner bag is more elastic and can be blown up using a hand-held machine;
The valve should have a sliding door to keep the air trapped inside;
Air is let out simply by sliding the door and rolling up the bag;
It should have a valve at one end;
Neither bags are connected together; the inner bag sits within the outer bag and can be taken out.
The bags need to be able to withstand someone falling onto them from a height of around 2.5 metres.
