We supply custom order hotel furniture. We are now looking to place an order for the following items: (see attachment):

GUIDELINES:
Furniture is built for commercial hotel use and should be reinforced as necessary (please indicate any improvements you would make to the drawings)
Ash wood rift cut veneer
Finish is PU base coat and NC (all nitrous cellular) top coat
Fabrics and vinyl will be supplied (COM)
the order will be packed securely in 40 foot containers for shipping to USA
please estimate how many 40 foot containers your part of the order will fill
can you arrange for extermination of the containers, and supply a certificate for same?
if we agree on price how long will it take to make a sample of the pieces you priced ?
how long after approval of sample will it take to manufacture your part of the order?
can you supply references-- name and phone contact of people you made furniture for in the USA, preferably in South Florida or as close as possible?
We will probably split the order in 3 parts, please price only what you make in your factory

the items to be ordered represent a portion of the hotel’s rooms; hopefully if the Hotel is satisfied additional orders may be forthcoming.
