The detailed specifications are:
wooden component top and seat
1. Desk top:1130*400*22-25mm thick hardwood timber (eg mukwa or MDF)
2. Desk seat 1150*250*22mm hardwood timber (mukwa or MDF)
3. PENCIL AND PEN HOLDER GROOVE-16MM WIDE AND 5MMDEEP
4.All wooden joints to be dove tailed tongue and groove & if hardwood used, top made from maximum three pieces and seat to be made from one piece.if hardwood is used no offcuts should be used.
5. Wood polished with 2no.coats of clear vanish
STEEL COMPONENTS-FRAMES,SUPPORT PIPES AND BRACES
1. Right steel side frames-715 width of frame*600height*(25*25*1.6mm square/round tubes)
2.Left steel side frames- the specification like right above(1)
3. Support pipe - 4no weld(20*20*1.6 square/round tube)
4. Size of square frames and pipe-1.6mm wall thickness 20*20mm(square)
5. front brace to support front of steel frames -diameter 20mmtube1.5mm thick 1400mm long
6. Rear brace to support rear of steel frame same as above(5)
7. all steeel component to be primed and painted with 2no coats of spray gloss paint grey/blue colour

1. FIXING TOP AND SEAT-8N0 *M6*75mm
2.fixing braces-6NO*M6*50mm bolts with nuts
3.pipe ends-6N0.22*22mm plastic plugs
4.ALL ASSEMBLY COMPONENTS TO BE PRIMED AND PAINTED WITH2NO COATS OF SPRAY GRAY/BLUE GLOSS PAINT IN COLOUR
ASSEMBLY TOOLS AND INSTRUCTION
1.SUPPLIER TO PROVIDE A SET OF TOOLS FOR EACH SET OF DESKS
2. SUPPLIER TO PROVIDE SIMPLE STEP BY STEP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH SET OF 100DESKS
3.EOR EVERY 100 DESKS SUPPLIER TO PROVIDE 10 EXTRA BOLTS AND NUTS
4.ACCEPTED ALTERNATIVE SPECIFICATIONS TO DESKS DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY BE CONSIDERED
5.SEND A PICTURE OF THE SAMPLE
6. SEND TO ME (SUPPLIER) MANUFACTURER AUTHORIZATION LETTER. A SUPPORTING LETTER FROM THE SUPPLIER
7. TO BE SUPPLIED WITHIN 8 WEEKS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
