Dear Sirs,
Hope everything is well with you and to attach our latest project requirements concerning various plastic pipes and pipe fittings for your reference.
Should this may of your interest, your best offer and rest required details are highly appreciated.
General requirements
- Dead line for sub mission of the quotation and mentioned below supporting documents – literature, information, certifi cates, samples, etc, not later than the 5th of Jan. 2010.
- Validity period of your quotation: At least 2 months from above mentioned closing date.
- Deliver time: A part of needed items must be in our hand (ETA Limassol port), not later than 2 months after the confirmation of order and contract arrangements.
- Payment Terms: By L/C at Sight or other acceptable payment arrangement.
- Port of desti nation: Limassol port of Cyprus (Quoting in CIF prices per item).
- Identi cal samples to those required may required by the customer for approval purposes and these should be available for an immediate dispatch upon customer’s request.
Quotation supporting requirements
1. A decla ration / statement (as en closed form) where it would be indicated the company/manufacturer structure, the range of activities, the products, the premises and equipments/machinery, etc.
2. Technical leaflets, catalogue or prospectuses, showing that the factory / supplier, is familiar with the required items and they have relative process lines, quality control, packing, etc..
3. A statement from the factory / supplier that similar goods to those required are already been exported into other European Community countries (as attached copy).
4. Copy of a valid ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance certificates, where it would be mentioned the goods to be provided (or their general descri ption).
5. The manufacturing standards should be de clared and provide relative supporting documents as required per item and be CE approved. Copy of the CE approval certification should be provided.
6. Test Reports are required per each item, issued by an approved testing authority/organization.
7. A Letter of Intent, as per attached form, that shall be printed under factory’s letterhead, bearing their rubber stamp and signature.
8. The project form of “Compliance Table” fully completed and stamped by the manufacturer.
9. The attached form of “REFERENCE” fully completed.
