We hope to send your full offer of supplying 15 tons Natural rubber(smoked sheet).
Delivery through max. 3months /CFR one syrian port.
Validity: 3 months.
Awaiting for respons till 20/March/2009.
SAMPLES MUST BE REQUIRED.
Specifications:
-rubber strenght MPa 19 min.
-Elongation at rupture % 750 min.
-Volatile % 0.75 max.
-Water- insoluble matter % 0.60 max.
-Acetone -extracts % 4.00 max.
-Protein % 3.5 max.
-Ash % 0.8 max.
Appearance:
The natural rubber (smoked sheet)shall be dry, clean and uniformly smoked and have elastic stress and excellent transparency.
Slight spots the same as those on the sample and a few discrete bubbles as small as a needle point are permissible on smoked sheet, but not stain, rusts, sand, internally sticky blisters and foreign matter.
Besides smoked sheets shall also be free from oxide spots and mottels, and shall not be under -smoked, over -smoked scorched, fragile and lustreless.
Natural rubber shall be baled with mildew-free dirtless smoked sheets.
Othe outside of each bale very few dry midew marks are permissible, but midew shall not penetrate inside of the bale.
