We are a company dealing in packaging and coating machines in India. We are already selling hot melt coating machines, non woven bag making machinery, ultra sonic lace machines etc. And have a complete maintenance set up. We wish to sell your extrusion lamination machines I the Indian market. At present we have demand for a PE /PP/EVA lamination Machine with the following specification.
Web working width 1000mm - 1600mm
Minimum coating thickness 12 GSM +/- 10%
Max coating thickness 80GSM+/- 5%
Unwinding Diameter (Max) 1500 mm (Weight of the roll Upto Two Tons)
Rewind Dia 1500mm
Auto Tension control system with edge trimming and edge position control system
Auto splicing and turret rewinding and unwinding for non stop running
Auto screen /filter changer.
Ability to move the extruder forward and backward for maintenance of the die.
Line speed 150mts per minute or above
Materials to be laminated Paper(80-250 GSM), aluminium foil, Nonwoven fabric,
Options required: Extra unwinding station for three layer laminates, corona treater, Precoating gravure station for primer coating on films. Please quote for the options separately.
